Pickup - Delivery - Shipping
We offer a variety of options which will best suit your needs after selecting your new Boston Rustic items.
PICKUP: At no additional cost to you, and with your permission, we can help you load at a loading dock, or at ground level. Customers should come prepared with tie-downs, blankets and other supplies to load and secure the items as none will be available on site. We are easy to find and close to Route 495 in Hopkinton, MA
DELIVERY: We will deliver and set up your purchased products with similar "White Glove" service we've been offering our wedding and event rental clients. Basically, we smile when you smile, high fives, and hugs accepted after deliveries are complete!
Delivery /Installation fees start at $50 and increase above 40miles, and order size. For instance, delivery and set up for a table will differ from a Sliding Barn Door, shiplap wall, fireplace mantel, etc.
SHIPPING: we can ship items a variety of ways such as FedEx, USPS, UPS and for larger shipments we will contract the best suited courier for your selected items.
Returns and Cancellations
At Boston Rustic, we take pride in quality and craftsmanship of our items. We have a strong attention to detail in design, material and construction. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction. Materials and Craftsmanship is guaranteed for one year after delivery under normal use. The sole remedy provided by Boston Rustic under this guarantee will be to repair or replace product or any part thereof. Boston Rustic reserves the right to decide the appropriate remedy at its sole discretion.
CUSTOM FURNITURE: Boston Rustic items are very unique reflecting specific requests of our customers, and specific materials are also chosen for items. Boston Rustic does not accept cancellations on any custom ordered product after 48 hours of the order being placed. Boston Rustic does not accept returns on any custom ordered products and a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.
NON-CUSTOM FURNITURE: Boston Rustic will accept cancellation for a full refund if the non-custom item has not been shipped/delivered. If the item has been delivered, any cancellations will require a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee is 15% of the total sale price of the merchandise, excluding taxes and will be deducted from the credit issued. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
STOCKED NON-FURNITURE ITEMS: We accept returns for non-Furniture Items within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Your item will be inspected upon return. If in acceptable condition, a credit will be issued.
CLEARANCE AND FLASH SALE: Items cannot be cancelled. Clearance and Flash Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited and no price adjustments will be made.
Furniture that is refused because it does not fit into a space will be refunded in store credit only.
We are proud of our products and may display wood and manufacturing techniques throughout the website. Wood species, product composition, and manufacturing techniques are often chosen for specific reasons by our craftsman and our customers. These factors may change over time adding value to stock items, and without notice.
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review our Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us.
